MediPlus (“we,” “us”) provides medication savings research and advisory services. We are not a pharmacy and we do not sell, dispense or ship medication. This policy explains what information we collect and how we handle it.
Information we collect
- Contact information you provide (name, email, phone) when you request a quote or purchase a plan.
- The medication name(s) you share with us so we can research prices. This may reveal information about your health.
- Payment information, processed by Stripe. We never store your card details on our servers.
- Basic technical data (browser type, pages visited) for site operation.
How we use it
- To research prices and prepare your savings report — the service you paid for.
- To send you your report, price-drop alerts (annual plan) and service emails you agreed to receive.
- To respond to your questions.
What we will never do
- We never sell your personal or health information. To anyone. Ever.
- We never share your medication information with advertising platforms (Google, Meta or any other), never use it for remarketing or ad audiences, and never include it in URLs, analytics events or tracking pixels.
- We never send your information to pharmaceutical companies or data brokers.
Who we share with
- Stripe, to process your payment.
- Service providers strictly needed to operate (e.g. email delivery), bound to confidentiality.
- Authorities, only if legally required.
Your rights — You may request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion at any time by emailing contact@mediplus (pending). California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA; you may exercise your rights of access, deletion and correction by the same means, without discrimination.
Retention — We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete it.
Security — Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with access limited to the team members who prepare your report.
Children — Our services are for adults 18+.
Changes — We will post any changes here with a new date.
