1. What MediPlus is — and is not. MediPlus provides information and research services that help you find verified, lower-cost sources for medication you have already been prescribed. MediPlus is NOT a pharmacy. We do not sell, dispense, ship, prescribe or recommend medication. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Nothing on this site is a substitute for the advice of your physician or pharmacist. Never change how you take your medication without talking to your doctor.
2. The service. Depending on your plan, we deliver a personal savings report identifying legitimate sources and current prices for your medication, plus the guides and support features described at purchase. Prices found are set by third parties and can change at any time; your report reflects prices verified on the date stated in it.
3. Your responsibility. Any purchase of medication is a transaction between you and the pharmacy or program you choose. You are responsible for verifying that any purchase complies with the laws that apply to you and for consulting your healthcare provider. We are not a party to, and assume no liability for, transactions with third parties.
4. Payment. Plans are billed in USD via Stripe: One Medication ($149, one time) and Unlimited Advisory ($599/year, renews annually unless cancelled). You may cancel renewal anytime before the renewal date.
5. Savings Guarantee. If our research does not identify genuine available savings for your medication, we refund your payment in full. See our Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable use. You agree to provide accurate information and to use our reports for personal, non-commercial purposes.
7. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for the acts, prices, products or availability of third-party pharmacies or programs.
8. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [to be determined], USA.
