Refund Policy — Our Savings Guarantee
We only get paid when we actually help. If our research does not find you genuine savings on your medication, we refund your full payment — no forms, no fine print, no questions.
- One Medication ($149): if your savings report does not identify a legitimate source with real available savings versus typical retail pricing, email us within 30 days of receiving your report and we will refund 100% of your payment.
- Unlimited Advisory ($599/year): if we fail to find savings on your first request, you may cancel within 30 days for a full refund. You may also cancel renewal at any time to avoid the next year’s charge.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- To request a refund: email contact@mediplus (pending) with the name you purchased under. That’s it.
